PRICES FOR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY

A one or two  night stay is £30.00  per person per night.  

For a three night or more stay   £27.00 per person per night

PRICES FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY 

A 1 night stay is £45.00 per person per night. Any  2 night stay is £45.00  per person per night.

For a three night or more stay .  £39.5 per person per night

CHILDREN 

50% OFF Adult rates when in family room and occupying a bed, infants in your own cots

no charge.

PAYMENT

We require payment in full in advance for one night stays.

For two nights and longer we require payment for the first night in full in advance.

Deposit payed by cash/cheque or/debit card.

CANCELLATION   AND  NO SHOW

If you cancel with more than 21 days notice we will refund your deposit less £4.00 to cover our banking costs.

If you cancel with less than 21 days notice we will refund your deposit less 20% if we can re-let the the room you have booked. If we cannot re-let the room then no deposit is returned.

If you do not  arrive on the first day of your booking your deposit is lost and any remaining days of your booking cancelled
